Privacy Policy


Booking Confirmation:
         All bookings must be confirmed in advance through phone, email, or the official booking platform. Booking is subject to vehicle availability.
Payment Terms:
          Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Any balance should be settled before the trip starts, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy:
          Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total fare.
No-Show Policy:
          In the event of a no-show by the customer, a fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Waiting Time:
          A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for pick-up. Post that, waiting charges may apply, which will be billed in 15-minute increments.
Damage Liability:
          Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the journey, whether accidental or intentional.
Passenger Safety:
          All passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the journey. The driver has the right to refuse service to any passenger found violating safety regulations.
Luggage:
          The service includes the transportation of standard luggage. Extra or oversized luggage may attract additional charges, subject to vehicle capacity.
Driver Rights:
          The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip if any passenger behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
Route Changes:
          Any deviations from the pre-agreed route or additional stops may incur extra charges, depending on distance and time.
